What if you want to return or exchange your purchase or gift from maliunok.com?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with our product, you can return or exchange it within 14 days.
To exchange or return an item, please ensure the following:
The product is in complete integrity and has not been used;
All its equipment is available, including intact packaging.
If a defect is found in the product
We are responsible for the quality of our products, so we will exchange the product free of charge or refund your money if you find a manufacturing defect or defect in the product;
In the event that you were not able to inspect the product immediately (for example, you bought it as a gift) and the defect was discovered later, we will also exchange it or make a refund.

After contacting the manager, describe the situation, attach a photo of your product (if you are writing online), and then choose a convenient delivery method as part of the exchange/return.
Exchange/return can be carried out in Ukraine - at Nova Poshta rates (delivery is paid additionally by the client) or free of charge if you use the "Easy Return" service.
WARNING!
If you are sending the product for exchange/return, after sending it, be sure to inform the manager of the TTN number and your details for the refund.
